Our Story

Michael has a high level of knowledge and experience in exercise and fitness, combined with a background in working in a corporate environment, along with sports coaching, fitness instructing, personal training and sports technology.

This is a unique combination allowing for bespoke understanding to deliver wellness sessions to help boost confidence and awareness for people who haven’t been to a gym, people that don’t feel confident with performing exercises and those who want a little boost or motivation during challenging inevitable times of their lives.

Our Values

We aren’t selling the lifestyle of heart-pumping, intense fitness with sweat and blood lost in the gym.

We help bring exercise awareness through keynote speaking in a bespoke manner that aims to help people gain confidence performing exercises, how exercise and mental health work together, and health-related fitness to improve your mobility and allow your body to feel better such as with dominant desk job environments
